1. Interpretation

'Buyer' means the person, firm or company who purchases the goods from Wirelesshop.biz

'Company' means Karisma Holding gmbH 

'Contract' means the contract between the Company and the Buyer which shall incorporate these Terms and Conditions

'Goods' means any goods agreed in the accepted order form to be supplied by the Company to the Buyer

Accordingly, Wirelesshop.biz operates on a "notice and takedown" basis. If you believe that any content or advertised sale on the website contains a defamatory statement, please notify us immediately by following our Notice and Procedure for Notifying of Defamatory Content.
